I built this piece outward from a quiet center.

The middle is my anchor—an eight-pointed form, calm and deliberate, where every line knows exactly where it’s going. From there, everything radiates. Nothing is random, even when it looks playful.

Each shape is a small world. I filled them with patterns that feel like movement—ripples, grooves, waves, paths—because I wanted the surface to feel alive, like it’s breathing or slowly turning. The colors shift as you move outward too: soft pastels beside deeper, earthier tones, held together by bold dark lines so nothing drifts too far away
